Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information I collect when you visit my pages, sign up, book a session, buy a ticket or join a program, and how I take care of it. "I," "me" and "my" mean Emerge By Design Inc., doing business as Brandy Jordan, based in New Mexico. Through it I offer my work under several brands, including Awake and In Love, Emerge by Design, The Spiral of Everything and High Desert Human Design.

This policy covers awakeandinlove.com, emergebydesign.com, wisdomspiral.com and the High Desert Human Design pages. It also covers the Spiral app and every form, email, booking calendar, community space or other page that links to this policy.

What I collect

  • What you give me. Your name, email address and phone number when you fill out a form, join a list, book a session, buy a ticket or make a purchase.
  • Birth details. For chart work, your birth date, time and place. If you share someone else's details, such as a partner's for a relationship session, you confirm you have their permission.
  • What you tell me. Answers to booking questions, applications and registration forms, messages, and what you share in sessions, events or community spaces.
  • Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe and other secure payment processors. Your full card number goes directly to the processor and is never stored by me. I see your name, the amount and the last four digits of the card.
  • Site, app and email activity. Basic information such as pages visited, links clicked, emails opened, browser or device type and approximate location, gathered through cookies and similar tools.

How I use it

  • To book, hold and follow up on sessions, courses, events, programs and community membership.
  • To prepare your chart and the work we do together.
  • To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
  • To send emails and messages you signed up for, including teachings, reminders and occasional invitations to other offerings.
  • To understand which pages and emails are useful, and improve them.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who helps me run things

I use a small number of trusted services to run this work. Each one receives only what it needs to do its part. They include:

  • It's Her Business (built on LeadConnector) for websites, forms, booking calendars, contact records, email, the app and community spaces.
  • Stripe and other secure payment processors.
  • Zoom for live sessions, calls and streamed events.
  • Google for email, calendar and file storage.
  • Course and event platforms I use to deliver programs, which may change over time.

I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. I share it beyond these services only when the law requires it, or when you ask me to.

If you work with a WisdomKeeper or guest facilitator through one of my spaces, I may share your name and contact details with them so they can deliver what you signed up for. They handle that information under their own practices.

Recordings and what's shared in groups

Some group calls, workshops and events may be recorded or streamed so participants can watch later. I'll say so at the start, or on the event page. You can keep your camera off or change your display name. At in-person events, photos or video may be taken, and you can let the team know if you'd rather not appear.

What members share in community spaces is held in confidence by agreement. I can't control what another person repeats, so share what feels right to you.

Emails and messages

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can reply STOP to any text message. You can also write and ask to be removed. Messages about something you've booked or bought, such as receipts, access details and reminders, will still reach you while that booking, ticket or membership is active.

Cookies

My pages use cookies to keep forms and checkouts working and to measure visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser. Some forms or checkouts may not work properly without them.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while we're working together and as long as needed afterward for records, taxes and follow-up. You can ask me to delete it at any time, except for what I'm required to keep by law, such as payment records.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, receive a copy, or have it deleted. You can withdraw consent for emails or texts at any time. Write to me at [email protected] and I'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, your local law may give you additional rights, and I'll honor them.

Security

I use reputable services with encryption and access controls, and I limit who can see your information. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending anything highly sensitive by email.

Children

My offerings are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with me, let me know and I'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, I'll also let my email list know.
